My Practice is situated in the beautiful, tranquil setting of Your Space for Wellness in Jukskei Park, Johannesburg Northern Suburbs. The centre is surrounded by indigenous trees and birdlife, and it is the perfect setting to allow your body to shift into a place of peace and health.
My journey started more than 10 years ago, when I discovered my true purpose in life and I became a BodyTalk Practitioner. BodyTalk is a truly holistic energy healing modality which helps to align the bodymind complex so that the body can naturally heal itself. It is completely non-invasive and helps in all aspects, mentally, physically and emotionally.
My greatest dream was accomplished recently when my Business Partner, Beate Schulte-Brader and I, opened Your Space for Wellness. It was always my intention to have a place where like-minded Practitioners could come together to collaborate and share their wisdom with the public and each other. Where we all had a common goal and ethos. This has finally come into fruition with the doors being opened on the 1st of February 2017.
Over the years, I have broadened my perspective and have incorporated Kinesiology into my offerings. Having studied under Dr Kromhout and attended both Levels 1 and 2, I find that the two work seamlessly together in a very powerful and effective way.
I have also studied under Justin Damian Furness and his brilliant LifePrint System and I am a LifePrint Analyst. Life Print is an incredible system that will equip you to better understand your partner, children, and family; giving you tolerance for their processing styles and help you to understand their choices and behaviour in the most dynamic way possible; thereby giving the best method to help guide them along their path through life.
I am also a Reiki Master, having studied and been attuned by Dale Fox.
I also qualified as a Yoga Teacher and teach classes at Mudita Yoga Studio located at Your Space for Wellness. My style is that of Hatha and I like to combine honing physical strength with that spiritual strength so that you leave a class feeling like you have had a workout but that you are also calm and centred. I am also trained as a Transformational Yoga Teacher which is a gentle but deeply transformative yogic practice.
My most recent accomplishment was qualifying as an Access Consciousness BARS facilitator and I run regular classes at the centre teaching people how to become Access Consciousness BARS Practitioners.
