The South African BodyTalk Association was formed to advance awareness, knowledge and research in natural, complementary, alternative and integrative medicine and to educate the public about the benefits of The BodyTalk System within the realm of healthy lifestyle and individual health/wellbeing management. SABA is here to provide alternative health care, education and support to the public, including previously disadvantaged communities through awareness programs and campaigns run in schools, community centres and companies.
What is BodyTalk?
BodyTalk is a natural health-care system, which is designed to work with, and support, your bodies’ own natural ability to repair and restore itself. A BodyTalk session is designed to re-establish and re-connect the lines of communication which enable the bodies’ internal mechanisms to function at optimal level.
What is BodyTalk for Animals?
As is the case with human beings, exposure to stress can lead to disease and malfunctioning within an animal’s body. The understanding that animals deserve their own type of BodyTalk inspired the evolution of BodyTalk for Animals.

How can BodyTalk Help me?
BodyTalk sessions are easy, safe and comfortable; they are done with the client fully clothed; there is no need for disrobing. A BodyTalk session usually lasts between 15 and 45 minutes. The length of a session is not indicative of the quality of the session or the results that occur; as even the simplest sessions can be quite profound. The bodymind knows just how many changes and corrections it is ready to initiate in any given session, and will therefore indicate when the session is complete and may even establish a time when you may need to return for a follow-up session.
BodyTalk can be used as a standalone to treat your whole system, or as a complement to modern medicine or other healing modalities:

Welcome to my space of healing and transformation. I am a dedicated practitioner with a passion for supporting individuals and families in their journey toward health, balance, and personal growth. With extensive training and experience across a variety of holistic and therapeutic modalities, I offer a unique approach to healing that integrates the mind, body, and spirit.
As a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner, I use a comprehensive system that combines energy medicine with the body's own innate wisdom to restore balance and promote healing. I am also a Reiki Master, utilizing this powerful energy healing practice to help release blockages and encourage emotional and physical well-being.
In addition to my work with energy healing, I specialize in Intuitive Fascia Release therapy, a technique that addresses physical tension and trauma held within the fascia, supporting long-term healing and well-being. As a LifePrint Analyst, I provide deep insights into clients' life patterns, helping them navigate challenges and unlock their full potential.
With a background in Counselling and as a Child and Family Law Mediator, I bring a compassionate, solutions-focused approach to working with families, resolving conflict, and promoting positive, lasting change. Whether you're seeking healing for emotional or physical issues, guidance for personal growth, or support through family challenges, my mission is to provide the tools, space, and expertise for you to thrive.

Born in South Africa and moved to Vancouver, Canada, where I completed my studies in Business Marketing and began a career in the Organic Health Industry. In 2005 I travelled for a couple years and while in India obtained certification as a Yoga Instructor and in Thailand obtained certification as a Traditional Thai Massage and Reflexology Therapist. On return to Canada I furthered my Yoga studies and certified as a Yoga Instructor while in Vancouver.
Since then I returned to South Africa and discovered the techniques of BodyTalk which fundamentally shifted my life in the most positive way. So profound was my personal experience that I was inspired to study this conscious based health care system and I am now a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner. I believe that BodyTalk is the solution to the re-establishment of balance in one’s life through the connection of body and mind.
Certified as a BodyTalk Practioner, I specialise not only at “in-person” sessions but also in “long distance” sessions enabling one to benefit from this incredible technique no matter where you are in the word!
In addition to the above I specialise in a technique called “Access Bars” which is a gentle hands-on modality working on 32 points of energy running through and around your head, these points of energy store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything. This 60 min session will bring you complete relaxation.
I continually strive to create a balanced approach to lifestyle and wellness through holistic practices that empower the body, mind and soul.
