In 2009, at the tender age of 21, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and spent 13 years on pharmaceutical treatment, believing it was my only option. Everything changed in 2022 when I experienced my first BodyTalk session and discovered the body’s remarkable ability to heal itself when given the right support.

Inspired by this transformation, I certified as a BodyTalk Practitioner in 2023. Today, I am passionate about helping others reconnect with their body’s innate wisdom, restore balance, and experience healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.
