As a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner, I use a comprehensive system that combines energy medicine with the body’s own innate wisdom to restore balance and promote healing. I am also a  Reiki Master, utilizing this powerful energy healing practice to help release blockages and encourage emotional and physical well-being.

In addition to my work with energy healing, I specialize in Intuitive Fascia Release therapy, a technique that addresses physical tension and trauma held within the fascia, supporting long-term healing and well-being. As a LifePrint Analyst, I provide deep insights into clients’ life patterns, helping them navigate challenges and unlock their full potential.

With a background in Counselling and as a Child and Family Law Mediator, I bring a compassionate, solutions-focused approach to working with families, resolving conflict, and promoting positive, lasting change.
